Flywire is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead high-impact teams focused on evolving our core payments architecture. You will balance technical vision with people leadership, acting as a player-coach to accelerate automation of global payment processes.

You will drive AI-driven workflow orchestration, scale resilient distributed systems, and partner with Product, QA and SRE to align roadmaps with business outcomes. Join a global team delivering value across currencies and regions.

Formación

• 3+ years in engineering team leadership and hiring.
