Safeguard Global is seeking a Global Benefits Analyst to join our team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract in Spain. You will analyze client needs, design tailored benefit solutions, and deliver programs across multiple markets, aligning with global standards and local rules.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementations, provide training, evaluate programs, advise on regulatory compliance, and create clear communications for employees.

Formación

• Experience in international benefits administration.
• Knowledge of country-specific legislation and compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with clients and internal teams to implement benefit plans.
• Provide training on new plans and changes.
• Research and evaluate benefit programs across markets.
• Advise on regulatory compliance to align with laws.
• Develop processes and documentation for benefits operations.
• Translate complex benefits into clear employee communications.
