The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships, ensure market competitiveness of benefits, and provide guidance on complex benefits issues.

Applicants should have a strong background in compensation and benefits, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel. Knowledge of Workday is a plus. This position offers flexible working arrangements and various local benefits.
