Responsibilities

• Master the payments craft and speak credibly with prospective merchants.
• Research strategic accounts to identify high-value opportunities.
• Create conversations via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Drive growth momentum with prospecting, follow-up and pipeline management.
• Run discovery to understand merchant challenges and outcomes.
• Partner with Sales to progress opportunities through to go-live.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Underwriting, Product, Marketing.
• Leverage AI and sales tools to improve research and pipeline accuracy.
• Keep Salesforce accurate and use data to drive improvements.
• Learn and contribute through cohort learning and enablement.
