Michael Page is recruiting a Finance & Administration Manager for a growing international organisation based in Madrid. The role combines financial leadership, business partnering and administrative oversight, with exposure to senior management and a path to contribute to future growth.

The position offers hybrid working flexibility, significant autonomy, and the opportunity to influence major financial decisions within a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Formación

• Fluent English and experience in international business environments.
• Experience managing accounting, reporting and compliance activities.
• Experience handling the full accounting cycle (AP/AR/treasury/banking).
• Ability to prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and reports.
• Knowledge of tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable, treasury and banking activities.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee cash flow and support treasury planning activities.
• Coordinate relationships with auditors, legal advisors, tax consultants and external stakeholders.
• Act as a business partner to senior management with financial analysis and decision support.
• Support ERP enhancements and process improvements.
• Participate in local and international business projects.
