Talan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Global Banking Operations (GTO) team in Madrid. You will coordinate people, processes, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, acting as the main point of contact for project organisation and scheduling.

• Proven experience leading project initiatives in international or corporate settings.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, within-scope and within-budget delivery.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track milestones and actions.
• Monitor performance using PM tools and methodologies; manage risks with mitigation actions.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and governance with Sponsors and Partners.
• Support process analyses and organizational change within projects.
