Job summary

Nebius Academy is seeking an experienced B2B Content Manager to own the global content strategy and build an AI-assisted content operation from the ground up. You will craft enterprise messaging and scalable workflows across website, whitepapers, case studies, and campaigns.

Based remotely, you will partner with Product, Sales, and regional Marketing teams to turn complex AI products into clear, compelling content while ensuring quality and consistency through data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, including 3+ years creating content for technical or enterprise audiences.
• Strong portfolio of personally written content, including whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and paid acquisition content.
• Proven experience building and running AI-assisted content production in a real production environment.
• Hands-on experience designing AI content systems, including prompt libraries, context engineering, source-of-truth repositories, multi-step/agentic workflows, and human review gates.
• Native-equivalent written English and the ability to work autonomously with senior stakeholders in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Own the global B2B content strategy, aligning with enterprise audiences, buying committees, positioning, and pipeline goals.
• Create high-quality content across formats, including website and landing page copy, paid advertising, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership, social, video scripts, and sales enablement materials.
• Build and operate an AI-assisted content production system with prompt libraries, context engineering, source-of-truth repositories, workflows, and human review gates.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and regional Marketing teams to translate complex AI products and customer needs into clear, compelling enterprise messaging.
• Own editorial quality and consistency across all B2B content, continuously improving content based on performance data and new AI capabilities.
