Job summary

Nebius Academy, powered by TripleTen, is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join its B2B Curriculum team and develop AI-focused courses for corporate clients. You will turn client needs into practical, scalable learning experiences and continuously improve them with feedback from learners and experts.

This full-time remote contract role offers autonomy, a global team across Europe, Asia, and Latin America, and a chance to shape modern LXD practice with tools like Miro, Notion, and Slack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or related roles.
• Proven experience applying modern LXD models, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Experience building Skill Trees and Learning Journey Maps; mapping learning outcomes.
• Ability to create long reads, projects, practice tasks, infographics, and learning aids.
• Experience designing and integrating assessments into courses.
• English proficiency at C1 level (strong B2 acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of new B2B courses with PMs and SMEs.
• Build course Skill Trees and map learning outcomes across modules and lessons.
• Create educational content, practice exercises, assessments, and learning aids.
• Prepare briefs for designers and video editors; develop outlines for workshops.
• Analyze client learning needs, goals, workflows, and learner profiles with stakeholders.
• Customize activities and curricula to reflect client tasks and roles.
• Continuously improve learning experiences based on feedback and cognitive-load audits.

We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join our B2B Curriculum team and develop technical / AI-focused courses for corporate clients. You will turn client needs and subject-matter expertise into practical, scalable learning experiences and continuously improve them using learner feedback and expert recommendations.

This is a full-time remote contract position. After the Online Introductory Call, candidates will be required to complete a test assignment.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, Learning Content Developer, Program Designer, or in a comparable role.
• Proven experience applying modern learning experience design models, methodologies, and frameworks to the development of complex skills.
• Experience structuring end-to-end learning experiences, including building Skill Trees and Learning Journey Maps and mapping learning outcomes.
• Ability to create different forms of educational content, including long reads, projects, practice tasks, infographics, and other learning aids.
• Experience designing and integrating skills and knowledge assessments into a course.
• English proficiency at C1 level (strong B2 users with a good fit in other requirements are welcome to apply, too).

Nice to have

• Strong familiarity with popular AI tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design). Experience creating your own agents or workflows, or some familiarity with coding, is a strong plus.
• Experience adapting curricula for B2B clients based on their business goals, workflows, learner profiles, and operational constraints.

What we will do

• Own the end-to-end development of new B2B courses, from learning needs analysis and high-level design to final course documentation, in collaboration with Product Managers and subject-matter experts.
• Build course Skill Trees and map learning outcomes across the course, modules, and individual lessons.
• Create educational content, practice exercises, assessments, and learning aids based on materials provided by subject-matter experts.
• Prepare clear briefs for designers and video editors, and develop outlines and facilitator materials for workshops, seminars, and other live formats.
• Analyze each client's learning needs, business goals, workflows, tools, operational constraints, and learner profiles together with Product Managers and client stakeholders.
• Customize learning activities, case studies, learning paths, curriculum structure, and schedules to reflect authentic client tasks and the needs of different roles.
• Continuously improve the learning experience by auditing cognitive load, motivation, difficulty, and alignment with learning outcomes; use learner feedback and expert recommendations to update content and maintain an improvement backlog.
