Sanofi in Barcelona, Spain, seeks an experienced MES Specialist to design and configure Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma for a global MES landscape. You will align local configurations with the Core model, work with MES teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions, and tackle cross-site data flows and documentation.

You will design MBRs, configure core MES solutions, and lead on-time delivery while staying aligned with Quality, Security, and accessibility standards.

Formación

• 5+ years in Digital for Manufacturing with MES experience.
• Strong knowledge of MES, MBRs, and review-by-exception processes.
• Pharma industry regulatory context (GxP) knowledge.
• Experience with integration to ERP and shopfloor systems.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into scalable MES configurations and processes.
• Design, build and review Master Batch Records (MBR) and related workflows.
• Configure MES solutions close to market standards and best practices.
• Lead on-time project delivery while ensuring compliant, cost-effective solutions.
• Support incident management and corrective/preventive actions for MES components.
• Collaborate with site modelers, MES leads, and cross-functional teams on reviews and deployment.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to manufacturing sites.

In this role you will design and configure Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma to support Sanofi’s global MES landscape. You will align local configurations with the Core model and industrial standards, working closely with MES teams to deliver scalable, compliant manufacturing solutions. You’ll tackle cross-site process integration, data flows, and documentation, contributing to operational excellence. This position offers impact across multiple sites, shaping how manufacturing executions enable efficiency and quality at scale.

• Understand and translate business requirements into scalable MES configurations and processes
• Design, build and review Master Batch Records (MBR) and related workflows, aligning them with core practices
• Configure core MES solutions close to market standards and state-of-the-art practices
• Lead on-time project delivery while ensuring cost-effective, compliant solutions
• Support incident management and corrective/preventive actions for MES components
• Collaborate with site modelers, MES leads, and cross-functional teams on design reviews and deployment
• Maintain alignment with Quality, Security, and accessibility standards
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to manufacturing sites
• 5+ years in Digital for Manufacturing with MES experience, preferably Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma
• Strong knowledge of MES, MBRs, and review-by-exception processes

• Understanding of SCADA/DCS/PLCs and industrial protocols
