Vanderlande is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer/Counsel to lead Anti-Corruption and Third-Party Integrity initiatives across multiple regions. The role focuses on developing policies, implementing controls, and driving due diligence for business partners while advising senior stakeholders.

You will act as the global program lead for anti-corruption, coordinating with the Toyota Industries group and regional teams, and delivering practical guidance to the business.

Formación

• Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• Six to ten years of anti-corruption, integrity or compliance experience in international settings.
• Experience developing, implementing and improving an anti-corruption program in multinational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own and further develop Vanderlande's Anti-Corruption framework, including policies and guidance.
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the program across functions and regions.
• Act as regional compliance lead for South Europe & LATAM and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Deliver training and awareness on anti-corruption and third-party integrity topics.
• Define KPIs and reporting for the anti-corruption program and drive improvements.
