Omya is seeking a regional Compliance lead to design, implement, and continuously improve governance, risk management, and compliance programs across the region. You will own the Code of Conduct application and coordinate risk assessments at regional, area, and country levels, closing gaps with practical solutions.

The role also covers investigations and whistleblowing oversight, training delivery, and advising business leaders on compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in compliance, investigations, or regulatory roles.
• Experience leading internal investigations and handling case documentation.
• Experience building or managing compliance programs and training.
• Spanish/English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Compliance Program & Governance Design, implement, and continuously improve programs across the region.
• Own and maintain Omya's Code of Conduct for regional communication and day-to-day embedding.
• Conduct risk assessments at Regional, Area, and Country level; track corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs regionally.
• Act as trusted advisor to regional/local leaders on compliance risk.
• Lead internal investigations into fraud, misconduct, and non-compliance; manage lifecycle.
• Oversee whistleblowing hotline and other reporting channels with confidential escalation.
• Partner with Group/Regional Compliance, Legal, and Business Process Owners on cross-functional initiatives.
