Impala Terminals Group seeks a Compliance Officer to support the commercial compliance function across multiple geographies and business lines. You will provide expert guidance on ABAC, AML, sanctions and anti-trust while promoting integrity across the organisation.

You will contribute to policy drafting, risk reviews, and integrity training, coordinating with group compliance and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluent Spanish and English are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; CAMS/CFE are a plus.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in compliance, ethics, or related field, ideally in logistics, terminals, commodities, or trading.
• Knowledge of ABAC, AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Trust regulations and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey compliance information.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
• Meticulous and accurate with integrity.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Impala's Commercial Compliance Programme.
• Assist in providing compliance guidance on day-to-day matters including ABAC, AML, sanctions, and conflicts of interest.
• Support preparation and coordination of annual Compliance Risk Review across Impala Terminals Group entities.
• Draft and implement compliance policies ensuring alignment with Group standards.
• Coordinate and deliver compliance training across terminals and regional offices.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence on third parties per policies and procedures.
• Support monitoring activities including gifts and entertainment controls and declarations of personal interest.
• Complete vessel screening checks and assist investigations and remediation actions.
