Job summary

Omnitel is seeking an Analytical Operations Specialist in Madrid to partner with regional Sales Houses (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) on scalable insights that maximise Microsoft Advertising investments across search, native, and display.

You will build dashboards and templates, structure and visualize data, and enable data-driven advertising stories to drive revenue while collaborating in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2-3 years’ experience in online media industry, good understanding of SEM/Display advertising is a must.
• Ability to think analytically and generate data-driven advertising stories that help drive revenue.
• Excellent command in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) to develop insights that maximise Microsoft Advertising investment.
• Build dashboards and Excel templates to support partner insights work.
• Structure, manipulate and visualize data; Excel data transfer and troubleshooting; PowerPoint data transfer and formatting.
• Identify customer-level seasonal opportunities related to campaign performance and product adoption.
