ALG is a leading global consultancy team with 35 years of professional experience working alongside the top players in the transport sector (operators, infrastructure developers and investors, etc.), advising them on how to better prepare to respond to strategic, capacity, infrastructure and operational challenges

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Consultant, with a background in Airports Strategy and Infrastructure Planning, to join our team in our Madrid or Barcelona office.

Your role

As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of one of the top global transport and infrastructure consulting companies and you will work with the leading transport operators, infrastructure developers and investors advising them on strategic, commercial and operational challenges.

You will be responsible for:

• Applying well developed consulting skills and an in-depth functional knowledge in the execution of assignments.
• Plan, organize, and lead tasks and projects to ensure the quality of client deliverables.
• Leverage and improve various frameworks and methodologies within strategy development and implementation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of industry and market trends in providing recommendations to clients based on best practices.
• Interpret the results from multiple project components and translate these findings into clear and compelling recommendations and solutions.
• Work closely with client team members to generate practical solutions and ensure successful implementation.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Master’s Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering from a top-tier university. MIM or MBA is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Multi-lingual ability is highly valued.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Full availability to travel.
