BSI is seeking a Global Quality & Accreditation AI Regulatory & Certification Lead to provide regulatory leadership for AI certification activities worldwide. The role is homebased across Europe/UK/US with some travel and a one-year fixed term contract.

You will lead conformity assessment activities, develop AI certification schemes, and ensure documentation meets AI regulatory obligations while coordinating with global teams and external stakeholders.

Formación

• Post-graduate experience in conformity assessment, quality management, software development, or regulation, with AI exposure.
• Experience in AI Lifecycle and regulatory aspects of AI products.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Bachelor level or higher in AI/engineering/IT/QA or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI conformity assessment activities globally within ISO17021/17065/ISO17025 and EU AI regulations.
• Develop and maintain Conformity Assessment activities for AI technologies and providers.
• Ensure policies and documentation meet AI regulatory obligations.
• Oversee NB, AI Services and AIMS personnel to maintain high expertise and rigor.
• Provide policy input on AI technical and management systems certification schemes.
• Represent BSI at AI events and stakeholder forums.
