International Air Transport Association (IATA) in Madrid seeks a proactive professional to support the accreditation process for multiple countries. You will collaborate with the BPO and other teams to ensure timely, accurate handling of every accreditation matter, while maintaining a strong client-focused approach.

You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, leveraging MS Office skills, excellent English communication, and a proactive attitude to meet deadlines and uphold service

Formación

• 3 years' experience in a business support function, preferably in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and highly demanding environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong customer focus and energy.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure rapid transmission of accreditation matters to the market via Agency Information Relay Services.
• Support BPO and ensure a consistent IATA brand experience.
• Deliver the IATA service promise with shared metrics and KPIs.
• Manage closures, updates, and codes related to accreditation processes.
• Support Agency Management changes across systems.
• Oversee risk management including non-compliance and irregularities in SIDRA-related areas.
• Provide support to BPO, agents and field offices on accreditation matters.
• Collaborate on BSP Agency Growth Program activities.
