MRM is seeking an Account Supervisor to join a Global team in Madrid. The role oversees Spain, Argentina, and France hubs, coordinating with clients and agencies to ensure timely campaigns and deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 5–6+ years of experience, superb stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple projects across markets. This global role emphasizes collaboration across internal departments and with client stakeholders, delivering consistent strategy and local execution

Formación

• Advanced English is required.
• French (basic to intermediate) is preferred.
• Budget management and financial control (Fiori).
• Experience with digital ecosystems including websites, CRM, loyalty programmes, social media, and analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Experience with CMS and DAM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Plan projects across the short, medium, and long term with both internal teams and clients.
• Take a proactive approach to the account and contribute across MRM’s broader areas of expertise.
• Write, interpret, and communicate client briefs effectively to internal teams.
• Develop presentations with a strategic perspective.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Present and sell ideas and proposals confidently to clients and colleagues.
• Ensure excellence in deliverables while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Resolve issues proactively and drive solutions.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders.
