Havas Media Global in Madrid, Spain, seeks an European Account Manager to lead cross-market client relationships for an automotive client. You will coordinate service delivery across multiple markets, drive process improvements, and act as the main contact for European stakeholders within a dynamic, integrated media network.

The role emphasizes cross-country collaboration, proactive reporting, and supporting EU teams while ensuring alignment with global standards and client expectations.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in a media agency, preferably international.
• Strong coordination and project management skills with media knowledge.
• Ability to liaise with clients at all levels and manage multiple markets.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with the European client and end-client, building strong relationships.
• Co-create processes, guidelines and lead deployment across European markets.
• Identify opportunities with EU deliverables and drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Own client requests and ensure timely, high-quality responses while following guidelines.
• Understand and manage internal tools for campaigns’ approval and analysis.
• Produce, coordinate and present reports and ad-hoc requests to clients.
• Analyze competitors based on provided data and report findings.
• Develop relationships with local markets, hub and cross-brand teams.
• Support and train local markets and clients when necessary.
• Support EU Account Executives in skill development and task prioritization.
