Bacardi Espana, S.A. is seeking a senior finance leader to head Advertising & Promotion controllership for Europe, LAC and Global Functions. You will manage a team of Primos, drive strategic reporting, and lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting with robust financial models.

The role requires translating data into value and partnering with senior stakeholders across a fast‑moving, global business. This position emphasizes continuous improvement, process standardization, and effective talent

Formación

• Substantial working financial knowledge including experience in general accounting processes, Financial Planning and Analysis, and budget management.
• Proven leadership abilities with collaborative style and experience developing staff.
• Ability to work with Senior Stakeholders and translate data into strategic value for Bacardi.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 4-10 Primos to manage Advertising & Promotion budgets for Europe, LAC & Global Functions.
• Provide strategic reporting and analytic support across regions and global functions.
• Drive global expansion of the A&P COE and standardize services across regions.
• Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and mentor talent within the organization.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting; build dynamic financial models to drive data‑driven decisions.
• Improve global process efficiency and drive end-to-end cost reductions while maintaining quality.
• Support transformation programs and Controllership initiatives within the organization.
