Sanofi is seeking a Product Manager Immunology Alliance (Gastroenterology) in Spain to own the strategy and execution of the business plan for the assigned indication. You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and Global Marketing to maximize commercial impact and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

You will lead cross-functional teams, refine the brand plan, and ensure compliant, ROI-driven marketing initiatives across the affiliate network, with a focus on immunology

Formación

• Proven experience in product management or marketing roles.
• Experience leading brand strategy and cross-functional teams.
• Gastroenterology exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and own multi-year brand strategy for the assigned indication.
• Influence and co-create with Global Marketing while aligning affiliate initiatives.
• Lead execution of the business plan with cross-functional alignment and timely delivery.
• Develop and deliver promotional materials and sales tools for the field force.
• Supervise and manage the A&P budget to maximize ROI.
• Engage with external stakeholders to build brand positioning.
• Lead the marketing training plan with Medical to ensure up-to-date product knowledge.
• Monitor market dynamics and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Ensure regulatory, legal and ethical compliance across marketing activities.
