Ignite in Madrid is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to drive growth across the DACH region from our Madrid office. You will source high-quality leads, conduct outbound outreach, and set up product demos for the Account Executive team.

The role requires fluent German, strong phone-based selling, and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot. You’ll work a 4-day schedule with an early Friday finish, receive a base salary of €30,000 plus uncapped monthly incentives,

• Experience in phone-heavy outbound B2B sales.
• Must meet or exceed daily activity targets and quotas.
• Strong listening, objection handling, and persuasive phone skills.

Responsabilidades

• Make 60 to 70 cold calls daily to SMB and mid-market leads.
• Research and map accounts across DACH markets.
• Lead discussions and position the search platform as the solution.
• Qualify prospects and book demos for Account Executives.
• Execute multi-channel outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
