Flourish in Madrid is seeking a motivated SDR to advance from entry-level and gain visibility, responsibility and influence within a growing sales organisation. You will drive pipeline creation by researching German-speaking markets and partnering with experienced Account Executives.

You will use phone, email and LinkedIn to start conversations, qualify opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records while collaborating with Marketing and Sales to grow pipeline.

Formación

• Fluent German and strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Research companies and identify decision makers across German-speaking markets.
• Use phone, email and LinkedIn to start meaningful business conversations.
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Understand business challenges and introduce relevant solutions.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to create pipeline growth.
• Develop consultative sales skills and commercial awareness.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates.
