WW Talents in Madrid is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to drive new business in the German-speaking market. You will manage the full sales cycle, conduct outbound prospecting, and convert trials into paying subscribers.

This hybrid role requires residency in Spain, legal rights to work in Spain, and a track record in B2B sales. Expect uncapped commissions, a structured ramp-up, and clear progression from AE to senior commercial roles.

Formación

• 1–6 years of experience in a commercial or customer-facing role.
• Native-level or bilingual German; strong English communication.
• Based in Spain with legal right to work; Spain residency.
• Experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or account management.
• Comfortable hitting KPIs and revenue targets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Prospect and engage clients in the German-speaking market.
• Conduct outbound calls and manage high-volume sales activity.
• Demonstrate products and manage trials to convert to subscriptions.
• Achieve sales KPIs related to calls, demos, and revenue.
