Job summary

Saas Company in a fast-growing B2B SaaS hospitality tech space is hiring a Sales Product Specialist to support sales conversations, shape go-to-market strategy, and drive early customer adoption of new products and features.

The role sits between product, sales, marketing and tech, working with the GTM team on demos, discovery, and proof-of-concept discussions. German language fluency and the ability to operate across remote and hybrid setups are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales-facing product role (Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, GTM, or similar).
• Data-driven approach to validating ideas and measuring impact.
• Ability to explain complex products clearly and persuasively.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Fluent German and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product specialist in live sales cycles, supporting discovery, demos and use-case validation.
• Partner with Sales to articulate product value and improve deal outcomes.
• Support go-to-market initiatives for new products and features from early validation to first customers.
• Run customer interviews, feedback sessions, and proof-of-concept discussions.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech to shape MVPs and refinements based on market feedback.
• Track product adoption and commercial signals to inform prioritisation.
