Blu Selection is seeking an Online Sales Consultant to own the full B2C sales cycle for German-speaking learners, conducting engaging online consultations and closing enrollments to meet monthly targets, whether from our Barcelona hub in a hybrid setup or remotely from Germany. You will nurture your sales pipeline, convert inbound leads, and drive renewals and referrals.

Responsabilidades
- Own the end-to-end B2C sales cycle for German-speaking learners
- Conduct online consultations and close enrollments to meet monthly targets
- Nurture and manage the sales pipeline
- Drive renewals and referrals via after-sales outreach
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM and track pipeline health
- Collaborate with the Service Team for seamless handovers and satisfaction
- Report on sales performance and market insights to leadership
