Hiring International in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a German-market sales professional in a hybrid role (office + remote). You will manage onboarding and relationships with new business clients, conduct outbound sales, and tailor digital advertising solutions to client objectives.

The position offers a base of €26,000 gross annually, plus up to €4,000 gross annual performance bonus and an international, collaborative work environment in a modern Barcelona office.

Formación

• German native or fluent (C1/C2) as required by the role.
• Strong English communication (B2+) is essential for interactions.
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success or Digital Marketing is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client engagement.
• Goal-oriented attitude with a focus on building relationships.
• EU citizenship or valid Spanish work permit preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and onboard a portfolio of new business clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers in the German market.
• Conduct consultative outbound sales activities.
• Understand clients' objectives and tailor digital advertising solutions.
• Guide customers through onboarding and ensure a smooth experience.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation.
