Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking German-speaking Customer Service professionals to join a leading German insurance group, with a placement in Greece. You will handle policy questions, claims support, and liaise with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

This role requires native/fluent German, an EU passport, strong communication, and solid CRM basics. Relocation to Greece is provided, with initial and ongoing training and a vibrant work environment.

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is essential.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality support to German-speaking clients regarding their insurance policies and coverage inquiries.
• Manage requests via phone, email, and chat with accuracy and professionalism.
• Assist policyholders with claims processing, premium payments, and contract updates.
• Maintain records of client interactions in the CRM to ensure top-tier service.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex insurance queries.
• Act as primary contact for clients seeking guidance on life, health, or property insurance products.
• Identify opportunities to provide value-added services aligned with the insurer's standards.
