Ignite, based in Barcelona, seeks a German-market focused Account Manager to drive PPC strategies for mid-market clients. You will manage relationships, launch onboarding, and maximize Google Ads performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires fluency in German (C1–C2) and strong English, with a hybrid model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) and a base salary of €26,000 plus €4,000 bonus, up to €30,000 OTE. Relocation and sponsorship are included.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new corporate clients and develop PPC strategies.
• Proactive client engagement via outbound calls to train users and expand business.
• Assess targets and implement tailored, scalable campaign setups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all client touchpoints.
• Review key metrics and provide actionable optimization reports.
• Align Google Ads with funnels, including landing page testing.
• Provide German market feedback to influence product decisions.
