Ignite in Barcelona is seeking an Account Manager to lead our German-market B2B PPC initiatives. You’ll manage a portfolio of tech clients, drive outbound engagement, and optimize campaigns for rapid revenue growth.

Based in Barcelona with a hybrid model (3 on-site days, 2 remote), you’ll receive a €26,000 base salary plus €4,000 performance bonus (up to €30,000 OTE), relocation support, private healthcare, and ongoing Google qualifications.

Formación

• Fluency in German (C1-C2) and English for professional communication.
• Experience managing corporate accounts and using CRMs.
• Proactive outbound outreach to executives.
• Ability to integrate AI tools for data insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a commercial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client onboarding and tailor PPC strategies for German market.
• Drive outbound campaigns to train clients and grow revenues.
• Assess client needs to build high-yield campaign setups.
• Maintain CRM records with detailed touchpoints and account notes.
• Track campaign data and present performance reports to decision-makers.
• Help clients connect Google Ads to conversion funnels and testing.
• Provide market feedback from Germany to internal teams.
