Ignite. in Barcelona seeks a German-market Account Manager to drive PPC strategy and client growth. You’ll onboard mid-market clients, conduct proactive outreach, and tailor campaigns to generate rapid results while maintaining CRM records and reporting performance.

Fluency in German (C1–C2) and English are essential, with a hybrid work arrangement and relocation support. The role offers professional growth through Google accreditations and training.

Formación

• Native or near-native German (C1–C2) and strong professional English.
• Ability to autonomously manage client accounts and use CRM tools.
• Willingness to conduct outbound calls to executives and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools to derive data insights and personalize interactions.
• Strong written/spoken communication, commercial awareness and goal orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard clients and develop high-performing PPC strategies.
• Maintain outbound calls to train users, build trust and expand business.
• Assess targets and set up tailored, scalable campaigns.
• Record all touches in the CRM accurately.
• Analyze performance and report actionable optimization ideas.
• Help align Google Ads with broader funnels and audience testing.
• Provide local market feedback for product improvements.
