Job summary

N-iX is hiring a senior, delivery-focused Project Manager to lead a roll-out of an insurance-related product across Germany and Switzerland. The role demands fluency in German and English, comfortable with senior stakeholders, and end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and external partners.

This hands-on position requires experience with delivery methodologies, software lifecycles, and technical integration. PMP/PRINCE2 is desirable; Jira and Confluence are essential tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (UK and international stakeholders).
• Proven experience delivering complex software and integration projects.
• Delivery methodologies and software development lifecycle expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery from mobilisation through implementation and handover.
• Build and maintain delivery plans with milestones, dependencies, risks and controls.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, meetings and communications.
• Manage scope, risks, issues and interdependencies; escalate where needed.
• Influence senior leaders and partners; resolve conflicts and manage expectations.
• Drive accountability across teams and suppliers; ensure commitments are met.
• Track progress with evidence-based forecasts and status reports.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation; support continuous improvement.
