WW Talents in Greece is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Athens. You will handle inquiries and resolve issues across phone, email, and chat.

The role includes onboarding and training, a relocation package, and a generous bonus scheme based on project performance. Fluency in German (C1/C2) and good English (B2-C1) are required, with prior CS experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email and chat.

• Record interactions accurately using CRM and support systems.
• Deliver friendly, professional, solution-oriented support throughout the journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Follow procedures, service standards and quality guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Join an international team in Athens, Greece, and provide customer support for well-known premium brands while developing your communication and customer service skills and gaining valuable experience in a multicultural working environment.

Work Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts; Rotating working hours
Salary: €1,300 gross paid over 14- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket,airport pick up)

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Follow company procedures, service standards, and quality guidelines
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

What We Are Looking For

• C1/C2 level German
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, helpdesk, call center, or contact center is preferred but not essential
