Job summary

Blu in Barcelona is seeking a Cruise Expert for the German market to act as the frontline contact for German-speaking guests, blending sales with consultative service to turn inquiries into bookings. You will join the Customer Hub's DACH team of about 50 colleagues, part of a 152-strong multicultural group.

The role supports inbound inquiries, upselling cruise packages, and updating reservations while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Native-level written and spoken German.
• Proficiency in English or Spanish (for internal onboarding).
• Experience or interest in sales-driven customer service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and written channels.
• Split duties between customer care (60%) and new customer acquisition (40%).
• Identify customer needs, handle objections, and recommend tailored cruise packages.
