Next Job Abroad is seeking a Content Moderator for its Sofia office to handle German and English language content moderation. You will review back-office information, assess compliance with policies, and take action when guidelines are violated.

The role emphasizes staying aligned with internal policies, spotting risky patterns, and managing high volumes with strong organizational skills. Relocation support is offered to candidates outside Bulgaria, and a positive international work environment

Formación

• Fluent in German
• B2 or higher English language skill
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable processing sensitive information
• Strong ability to defend decisions with clear reasoning
• Ability to identify patterns to improve decision-making
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in high-volume, shifting environments

As a Content Moderator with German and English you will:

• Review user-generated back-office information, which may include sensitive or potentially disturbing content, and ensure compliance with established policies
• Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks
• Stay updated on internal policies to ensure accurate implementation
• Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks

Requirements

Our client is looking for someone with:

• High attention to detail
• Comfortable processing sensitive information
• Strong ability to defend decisions and provide context with logical reasoning
• Ability to identify patterns in behavior to enhance decision-making
• Strong organizational and time management skills to deal with shifting priorities and high volumes of work
• Experience investigating fraud, spam, or other types of inappropriate information is an asset

Required qualifications

• Fluent in German
• B2 or higher English language skill
