Jobtailor in Barcelona invites a proactive Partner Onboarding & Outreach Associate to expand our venue network across Germany. You will identify local venues, run outreach campaigns, and onboard partners with attractive launch terms to kickstart new cities.

Requirements include fluent German (written and verbal), strong English, and prior client-facing experience. You should manage dozens of conversations simultaneously and approach outreach with energy and curiosity.

Formación

• Fluent German (written and verbal) is required.
• Good English to collaborate with international teammates.
• Experience in any client-facing or customer-centric role is highly beneficial.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with dozens of simultaneous conversations.
• Energetic executioners with a strong interest in learning and asking questions.
• Fearless communicator with pitching and objection-handling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive expansion into new regions by bringing onboard new venues from all around Germany.
• Research the best local venues and run outreach campaigns to launch Venuu city-by-city.
• Invite local partners to join under attractive launch conditions to kickstart new cities.
• Onboard venues by setting up their accounts and ensuring their listings look great.
• Create dedicated website content to direct traffic and bookings to newly onboarded partners.
