What Youll Do:

• Consult & Collaborate: Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners develop successful Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns.
• Understand & Achieve: Accurately assess partner needs and goals, creating opportunities to maximize spend, upsell, and ensure long-term sustainability.
• Engage & Execute: Manage a high volume of potential clients daily, engaging proactively by phone to drive success for a large portfolio of prospective partners.

What Were Looking For:

• Languages: C2 in German (oral and written) and fluent in English (B2+ level).
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a Masters in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a strong plus.
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales and/or online advertising.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and time management skills.
  • A client-focused mindset with a genuine interest in customer interaction.
