UST España & Latam is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions in Madrid. You will work in a role requiring strong Python skills and hands-on TensorFlow/PyTorch experience, focusing on LLMs, AI agents, and RAG architectures.

Role involves three days per week on-site at client offices in central Madrid, with a high emphasis on collaboration across Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Platform Teams. Fluent English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Solid understanding of AI Agents, agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, and reasoning patterns.
• Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection and evaluation techniques.
• Strong grounding in statistics, probability, linear algebra and optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, deploy, and optimize ML and AI solutions for complex business challenges.
• Design multi-agent systems and enable AI models with function/tool-calling capabilities.
• Build and maintain RAG solutions using enterprise data.
• Evaluate, integrate, and optimize AI models, including LLMs.
• Design and improve agentic workflows for production environments.
• Test and optimize prompts and few-shot examples for accurate, safe outputs.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Platform Teams and stakeholders.
