UST in Madrid is seeking an AI Software Engineer to drive AI integrations and automation across our software delivery toolchain. You will work with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to scope opportunities and deliver scalable, secure AI features.

The role offers a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) in Madrid with relocation open. You will contribute to LLM/RAG pipelines, APIs, and observability, while advancing security and compliance and benefiting from a rich learning

Formación

• 3-5 years of software engineering or DevOps/MLOps experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Hands-on ML/Generative AI integration into production.
• Strong security, data protection, and compliance knowledge.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Own the engineering and integration layer of AI capabilities into the software delivery toolchain, ensuring secure, scalable delivery of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to define opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
• Prototype and validate LLM-based or RAG pipelines to drive business value.
• Contribute to AI-driven automation across developer productivity platforms.
• Develop and maintain APIs, pipelines, and service integrations for AI features within existing platforms.
• Ensure traceability, logging, and compliance of integrated solutions.
• Drive best practices for automation, monitoring, and reproducibility.
