Job summary

Omega CRM, a Merkle company within the dentsu group, is hiring an AI / Cloud Full Stack Developer to design, build and deploy LLM-based solutions. You’ll create agents with tool calling, memory, and orchestration, plus pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and RAG on AWS Bedrock and AgentCore.

Remote in Spain, permanent contract with flexible schedule. You’ll work across Python/TypeScript back- and React front-end, ensure observability and cost control, and communicate technical

Job Description:Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a AI / Cloud Full Stack Developer.We are building artificial intelligence solutions for customer-facing teams: assistants and agents that query data, reason over it, and help make day-to-day decisions, among other tasks.We are looking for a full stack developer experienced with LLMs and AWS to design, build, and deploy these solutions into production.What You Will DoLLM-based agents: Design and development with tool calling, memory, and orchestration.Documentation and information retrieval: Pipelines with embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and response quality evaluation.AWS solutions: Deployment and operations on Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore, using infrastructure as code.Full stack development and integrations: Backend (APIs, integrations, authentication), user interface, and integration with internal systems via MCP and APIs.Measure and improve: Observability, costs, latency, and response quality.Skills & ExperiencePython, TypeScript, React, AWS (Bedrock, AgentCore, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3), Pulumi, MCP, vector databases, Langfuse, Datahub.Demonstrable experience taking LLMs and agents into production (not just prototypes).Strong command of RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector search, and evaluation.Solid knowledge of AWS, particularly Bedrock and AgentCore.Cloud development experience: serverless, containers, IAM, networking, and CI/CD.Infrastructure as Code with Pulumi.Familiarity with backends in Python and/or TypeScript, and frontends built with a modern framework (React or similar).Security best practices: OAuth/OIDC, secrets management, and per-user permissions.Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).LLM observability (Langfuse or similar) and automated evaluation.Strong comprehension and analytical skills.Very fast adaptation to emerging developments and tools.Highly proactive mindset: proposes ideas rather than waiting for instructions.Sufficient experience to communicate in business terms and explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.Strong critical judgment regarding AI: uses it as a tool and critically validates its outputs.Ability to understand the business model and the broader purpose of the work being done.Knowledge of Salesforce as a plus.Oral and written fluent in English (+B2+)WHAT DO WE OFFERPermanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
