Descripción de la vacante

ERNI Spain is seeking a proactive AI enablement specialist to help technical teams embrace Generative AI and Agentic AI. You will apply your expertise in AWS Bedrock, Python, Terraform and CI/CD to deliver technical demos, workshops and coaching activities that empower developers to work alongside AI agents.

The role offers a hybrid work model with offices two days a week and a strong focus on mentoring, personal development plans and knowledge sharing.

Formación

Solid technical experience with AWS services, ideally including AWS Bedrock, together with Python.
Understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI and the technical foundations required to work with AI agents.
Experience with Terraform, CI/CD practices and the Software Development Lifecycle.
Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to developers and other technical profiles.
Experience supporting technical teams through training, workshops, demos, coaching or knowledge-sharing activities.

Responsabilidades

Deliver technical demos, workshops and coaching sessions focused on AWS Bedrock and Agentic AI.
Support technology teams throughout their AI reskilling journey by delivering learning sessions and follow-ups.
