ERNI - Swiss Software Engineering is seeking an AI enablement specialist to help technical teams embrace Generative AI and Agentic AI. You will run demos, workshops and coaching sessions using AWS Bedrock, Python and Terraform to empower teams to work autonomously with AI agents.

You will join a supportive culture with structured onboarding, mentoring, and continuous learning, including 1:1s, development plans and internal technical communities to grow your skills.

Formación

• Solid experience with AWS services, ideally including AWS Bedrock, and Python.
• Understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI and the tech foundations to work with AI agents.
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD practices and the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills to explain concepts to developers and other profiles.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical demos, workshops and coaching sessions focused on AWS Bedrock and Agentic AI.
• Coach and mentor technology teams on AI reskilling journeys and adoption of company standards.
• Collaborate with technical experts to design learning plans and track progression.
• Support learners by answering questions and guiding autonomous development.
