ERNI - Swiss Software Engineering is seeking an AI enablement specialist to help technical teams embrace Generative AI and Agentic AI. You will run demos, workshops and coaching sessions using AWS Bedrock, Python and Terraform to empower teams to work autonomously with AI agents.

You will join a supportive culture with structured onboarding, mentoring, and continuous learning, including 1:1s, development plans and internal technical communities to grow your skills.

Formación

• Solid experience with AWS services, ideally including AWS Bedrock, and Python.
• Understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI and the tech foundations to work with AI agents.
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD practices and the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills to explain concepts to developers and other profiles.

Would you like to help technical teams embrace Generative AI and Agentic AI?

Join our expert team to work on an AI enablement initiative, contributing to the upskilling of technology teams in AWS Bedrock and Agentic AI solutions. You will apply your knowledge of AWS, Python, Terraform and CI/CD to deliver technical demos, workshops and coaching activities. The goal is to help development teams become confident and autonomous when working with AI agents.

How do we make this happen?

With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

We strongly encourage growth and continuous training. Each person has an individual development plan, mentoring, and access to internal technical communities. We aim for you to learn, experiment, and evolve within an environment where teamwork and support from more senior colleagues are key.

What you will bring

Solid technical experience with AWS services, ideally including AWS Bedrock, together with Python.

Understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI and the technical foundations required to work with AI agents.

Experience with Terraform, CI/CD practices and the Software Development Lifecycle.

Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to developers and other technical profiles.

Experience supporting technical teams through training, workshops, demos, coaching or knowledge-sharing activities.

You will be responsible for supporting technology teams throughout their AI reskilling journey by delivering technical demos, workshops and coaching sessions focused on AWS Bedrock and Agentic AI. You will work closely with technical experts to understand company standards and help teams adopt them confidently. You will follow up with groups of learners, answer technical questions and support their progression towards autonomous development.

We ask you to be available for key meetings. Need to leave for a doctor’s appointment or to pick up your child from school? No problem. We trust you to deliver quality work within your 40-hour workweek.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
