ERNI in Barcelona is seeking a technical expert to help AI-enabled teams upskill in AWS Bedrock and Agentic AI. You will deliver technical demos, workshops and coaching, applying AWS, Python, Terraform and CI/CD to empower developers.

The role emphasizes mentorship, ongoing learning, and a hybrid model with office presence two days a week. You will guide teams through best practices, answer questions, and support their progression toward autonomous AI-enabled product development.

Formación

• Solid technical experience with AWS services, ideally including AWS Bedrock, together with Python.
• Understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI and the technical foundations required to work with AI agents.
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD practices and the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to developers and other technical profiles.
• Experience supporting technical teams through training, workshops, demos, coaching or knowledge-sharing activities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical demos, workshops and coaching sessions focused on AWS Bedrock and Agentic AI.
• Support technology teams throughout their AI reskilling journey and answer technical questions.
• Collaborate with experts to understand company standards and help teams adopt them confidently.
• Follow up with learner groups and guide progression toward autonomous development.
