Morgan Philips Group is seeking a General Manager Spain to lead the Spanish subsidiary, reporting to the Group CEO. The role carries full P&L accountability, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and sales execution, requiring an entrepreneurial leader who can align local operations with the Group’s strategy.

The GM will build and scale the business from León, manage cross‑functional teams, and coordinate with Latin America subsidiaries to unlock growth opportunities.

Formación

• University degree in business, management or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial and general management roles, ideally in FMCG or personal care sectors.
• Fluent Spanish and English (French is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement company business and brand development strategy in alignment with Group objectives.
• Deploy the successful group go‑to‑market model in the Spanish market, including pricing and sales force effectiveness.
• Lead and inspire local teams, managing HR processes and ensuring productivity.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control and profitability, with KPI monitoring.
• Coordinate with Group functions and align with global brand strategy and transformation initiatives.
