Job summary

Wincent, a fast-growing crypto trading firm, seeks a hands-on Compliance and Legal Operations Associate to own onboarding, track multiple parallel workstreams, and ensure alignment between Compliance, other internal teams and external counterparties.

You will run, improve, and fix processes in real time, coordinate meetings, prepare briefs for the CLO and senior stakeholders, and help scale our regulated trading activities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with reliable outputs and risk reduction.
• Able to map out processes, prioritize, and track multiple projects.
• Uses Asana for project management.
• Able to break down issues and propose solutions.
• Clear writing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to unfamiliar tasks.
• Understanding of basic business operations and finance.
• Collaborates effectively and accepts feedback.

Responsibilities

• Compliance triage: monitor channels, onboard counterparties, track onboarding status, allocate daily tasks.
• Project management: manage timelines, track deliverables, ensure on-schedule completion.
• Process and counterparty experience improvement: identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and implement workflows.
• Research & analysis: gather data and prepare briefs for CLO and senior stakeholders.
• Meeting coordination: prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, record minutes, track follow-ups.
