KEYRUS SPAIN in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to deliver client‑facing GenAI solutions. You will own data strategies, design production systems, and ensure measurable business impact in complex environments.

You will work across data, AI, and governance, with hybrid work and a competitive compensation package tailored to experience. This role emphasizes end‑to‑end delivery and reusable patterns across engagements.

Formación

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or technical consulting.
• Hands‑on experience delivering AI, GenAI, or software solutions into production.
• Experience working directly with clients or in complex stakeholder environments.
• Evidence of turning complex use cases into adopted, measurable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Co-create solutions with business and technical stakeholders now.
• Locate, qualify, and secure access to data required for each use case.
• Translate use cases into production‑ready GenAI and agentic AI solutions, including RAG architectures.
• Design, test, deploy, monitor, and improve solutions in client environments.
• Work with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Foundations Architects, Governance experts, and Service Delivery Managers to deliver outcomes.
• Balance speed, quality, cost, security, and maintainability while making trade‑offs.
• Define success criteria from adoption to measurable business value.
• Ensure solutions are documented and transferable to clients.
