Xenon7 in Barcelona is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) to bridge enterprise AI platforms with Finance business functions for a Fortune 100 client. You will prototype tools, deploy RAG workflows on Snowflake Cortex or Databricks Genie, and drive adoption across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and CFO leadership.

• 5+ years of hands-on software development and full-stack AI application deployment.
• Product-minded builder with a bias for shipping rapid prototypes.
• Ability to navigate vague business problems without predefined specifications.
• Outstanding direct communication with senior business leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions for Finance units—from discovery with CFO to production deployment, user adoption, and ROI measurement.
• Rapidly prototype vertical applications within 1–2 weeks to gather real user feedback.
• Handle edge cases, data quirks, business rule exceptions, and user training to turn prototypes into enterprise products.
• Collaborate with CFO leadership to translate ambiguous operational friction into actionable technical roadmaps.
