Job summary

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, seeks an AI/Cloud Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled customer experience solutions. You will work on LLM-powered agents, embeddings pipelines, and AWS Bedrock deployments in a production environment.

You should have strong experience with Python, TypeScript, React, Pulumi, Langfuse, and vector databases, with a focus on scalable, secure cloud architectures and observability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building production AI/ML tooling.
• Strong background in cloud development (serverless, containers, IAM).
• Experience with LLMs, tool calling, memory, and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-based agents with tool calling and orchestration.
• Build pipelines with embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and evaluation metrics.
• Deploy and operate AWS Bedrock-based solutions using infrastructure as code.
