Omega CRM, A Dentsu Company, seeks an AI / Cloud Full Stack Developer to design, build and deploy AI-powered customer experience solutions in production. You will work on LLM-based agents, embeddings pipelines, and AWS Bedrock deployments.

The role covers backend APIs, UI development, and integrations with internal systems, plus a focus on observability, cost efficiency, and latency improvements. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Demonstrable experience taking LLMs and agents into production.
• Strong command of RAG: embeddings and vector search.
• AWS knowledge, especially Bedrock and AgentCore.
• Cloud development: serverless, containers, IAM, networking, CI/CD.
• Infrastructure as Code with Pulumi.
• Backends in Python and/or TypeScript; frontend with React or similar.
• Security: OAuth/OIDC, secrets management, per-user permissions.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• LLM observability with Langfuse or similar.
• Strong analytical and business communication skills.
• Proactive, fast-adapting, and able to explain tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of business model and broader purpose of AI work.

Responsabilidades

• LLM-based agents: design and develop with tool calling, memory, orchestration.
• Documentation and information retrieval: embeddings, vector DBs, RAG, evaluation.
• AWS solutions: deployment and operations on Bedrock and AgentCore with IaC.
• Full stack development and integrations: APIs, auth, UI, and MCP/API integrations.
• Measure and improve observability, costs, latency, and response quality.
