Qualifications

• Experience signing and managing gaming publishers as partners.
• Mediation or direct-integration experience on publisher side.
• Technical literacy to translate feedback into specs for engineers.
• Strong commercial planning with ability to forecast gross profit.
• Demonstrated AI experience in commercial or product work.
• Strong data analysis to interpret revenue, share-of-wallet and margins.

Responsibilities

• Sign new gaming publishers with the sales team and build the pipeline.
• Own onboarding and integration until it works for the publisher.
• Define and prioritize the mediation roadmap and product fixes.
• Ramp accounts to full performance and hand over to retention squads.
• Lead a small cross-functional squad across product, engineering and commercial.
• Maintain close relationships with publishers and monitor market and competition.
